Please read the following blurb from Sue Greenlaw;
"I wanted to take a minute to address some drop off concerns. It has been brought to my attention that the safety at drop off is becoming quite concerning. I would like to avoid assigning drop off times, but if safety continues to be of concern, I may need to. I do have a possible solution if you would like to avoid entering the parking lot at all. Since we have a crossing guard, you could drop your children in the Rosa’s parking lot or at the end of Cottage Street, and they could walk to the crossing guard and cross the street safely. If at all possible, kids could be dropped between 7:30 and 7:40 as that seems to be a time that is less congested. Preschoolers can’t be dropped off until 7:50 so if you drop off your child at that time, it will be a longer process. I hope this helps to make drop off less stressful and safer."
Thank you.

We can’t wait to see the kids tomorrow! This is just a reminder that due to the number of Covid cases it is extremely important that we continue to work together to keep Covid out of BES. Along with continued mask wearing, if anyone in your immediate family or anyone you spent significant amounts of time with during the holidays has Covid, please isolate at least five days following exposure and get a negative PCR test. If your child has any symptoms, regardless of vaccination status, please get a negative quick test and make sure the symptoms have improved before coming to school. Please send your child with a copy of the negative result. At this time we are not accepting home test results. And, as always, please do not give your child medication to relieve symptoms and send them to school.
Tammy Reardon and I will be meeting with the Safety Committee as soon as the NH DHHS has updated their recommendations. At this time it is recommended that we continue to follow our current protocols.
Thank you so much for helping to keep the BES community safe!!
