Donna Brooks is a dedicated K-6 Title One Math Teacher with a strong commitment to student success. She is a certified Elementary and Special Education teacher and holds a Master of Science in Instruction and Leadership. With a passion for teaching, Donna thrives on creating engaging learning experiences and collaborating with staff to support students in reaching their full potential.

Teaching has always been Donna’s calling, and she believes in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and empowered. She resonates deeply with Mr. Rogers' words: "Children are not merely vessels into which facts are poured one week and then when it comes time for exams they turn themselves upside down and let the facts run out. Children bring all of themselves, their feelings, and their experiences to the learning."

This philosophy guides Donna’s approach to education, emphasizing the importance of meeting students where they are and valuing their unique experiences.

Beyond the classroom, Donna enjoys staying active through snowshoeing in the winter and swimming at the lake in the summer. She also loves solving puzzles, painting, and spending quality time with family and friends. In addition to her work as an educator, she is committed to giving back to the community through volunteer work, contributing her time and skills to meaningful causes.
