If you are looking to register your child/children at Bethlehem Elementary School, please email Nicole Kerstetter, Office Manager, at nkerstetter@bethlehem.k12.nh.us and include the following information:

1. Child's/Children's Full Name
2. Child's/Children's Date of Birth
3. Child's/Children's Current Grade
4. Please let us know if your child/children have a 504 or IEP plan currently in place
5. Your physical address in Bethlehem
6. Any questions you might have for us

Once your email as been received, the registration process will include:

• Providing proof of residency in the form of a signed lease, tax or mortgage document, or utilities bill
• Providing a copy of child's birth certificate (we can make a copy at the school if needed)
• Completed registration packet
