She is a licensed Reading and Writing Specialist and a certified Speech-Language Assistant, bringing expertise in both literacy instruction and communication support. With a Master’s in Leadership and Curriculum Instruction, she is now pursuing an EdD in Leadership and Curriculum to further her impact in education. Rhienna believes in the power of inclusive, engaging learning environments and is committed to designing innovative curricula, advocating for high-quality early learning experiences, and supporting fellow educators. She strives to bring a positive and collaborative spirit to her school community, fostering a space where students and teachers feel valued and supported.
